Mobile App & Marketing Support Coordinator (part-time)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech savvy candidate for our Mobile App & Marketing Support Coordinator. Our company is growing and our team needs the support of this role to help continue to deliver the best service and experience possible to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, loves organization & process, works extremely well with others, and eager to learn new things. This role is a high impact position, requiring a clear understanding of assigned responsibilities, effective communication with the team & customers, and timely execution. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, utilizing phone and web tools to effectively manage a high volume of activity.

What you will do:

  • Assist throughout the process of client’s mobile app setup

  • Support our client’s graphic design needs on a weekly basis

  • Assist in executing communication campaigns to existing clients, and on behalf of our clients

  • Social media scheduling and basic content creation

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Gallus Golf’s products and services

  • Coordinating timely communication to support questions & requests

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing data on valuable business metrics

  • Generate various reports for business department needs

  • Assist with managing customer invoicing and accounts receivable

  • Be a trusted source / point of contact with existing customers

  • Document opportunities for improvement with client accounts and assist to achieve improvements

  • Contribute to department and organization-wide goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to role accomplishments

What you will bring to our team:

Local Candidates with the following experience will be contacted

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service, administrative and/or technical support, and/or account management role

    • Proven track record in the areas above

  • Proficient graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative in any environment

  • Excellent time management and people skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills

    • Must be highly effective with over the phone/online communication

  • Technical competency in most of the following: word processing, spreadsheet, Google Calendar, PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Drive, and smartphone devices

  • Prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus

  • Familiar with the game of golf (experienced golfer a plus)

  • Experience working in the golf industry a plus

  • Experience with email marketing platforms a plus

  • Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
