Customer Success Representative (2 avail positions)

Job Description

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Representatives to join our team. This role combines relationship management, client satisfaction, and solution based retention. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success within a SaaS technology company. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You will work with phone and web tools to effectively manage a high volume of customer activity. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working in a team environment, has strong communication skills, and takes ownership in company performance. Gallus Golf is a part of the SwitchCase Group.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for proficient and timely communication with new and existing accounts

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Gallus Golf’s products and services

  • Be a trusted source / point of contact on future purchases with existing customers

  • Executing communication campaigns with current accounts to keep them up to date on current progress, product updates, and handling all support needs

  • Identify opportunities for improvement with each client and work to help them implement steps to realize their goals

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

  • Coordinates with the sales team, development team, and company partners to ensure a consistent process and identify any product issues

  • Maximizing revenue and retention with all existing accounts and each new account

  • Accomplish department and organization-wide goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to role accomplishments

What you will bring to our team:

Local Candidates with the following experience will be contacted.

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service, sales, technical support, and/or account management role

  • Proven track record in the areas above

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  • Customer focused: You start with the customer and work backwards, tying all activities together to help our customer achieve their objectives

  • Ability to convey complex technical material in a simple, understandable manner

  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative in any environment, setting and achieving goals and scheduled deadlines

  • Excellent time management and people skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills

  • Must be highly effective with over the phone/online communication

  • Experience implementing customer engagement campaigns

  • Technical competency in most of the following: word processing, spreadsheet, Google Calendar, PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Drive, and smartphone devices

  • Prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus

  • Must be familiar with the game of golf (experienced golfer a plus)

  • Experience in the golf industry a plus

  • Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

Compensation: Based on experience - Part time role, ~30hrs/week
