Regional Sales Representative

Job Description

The Regional Sales Representative’s responsibility is to prospect potential customers, schedule & perform sales demonstrations, and close sales. This involves running an outbound marketing campaign that includes outbound calls, on-site visits, and emails to prospective new golf course clients across North America. Up to date leads are provided with target prospect information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high volume of outbound call activity to golf courses, with the primary goal of scheduling appointments for sales presentations

  • Schedule and perform online & onsite sales presentations with golf course decision makers

  • Prepare for and attend regional trade shows & conferences

  • Cultivate and follow up on leads to build an ongoing sales pipeline

Desired Skills & Experience

Candidates with the following experience will be contacted

  • Proven track record in outbound phone sales, appointment setting, lead generation, etc

  • Strong phone sales skills as the majority of prospecting and sales is done over the phone

  • Strong presentation and communication skills through online demonstrations

  • Effective closer!

  • Ability to remain determined and focused in the face of rejection

  • Highly motivated by commission based performance

  • Excellent time management, communication, and people skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and strong self discipline

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  • Up to date technical competency in word processing, spreadsheet, cloud based software, smartphone devices

  • Prior experience in Zoho CRM a plus

  • Experience in the golf industry a plus

Administrative Success Coordinator (part time)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech savvy candidate for our Administrative Success Coordinator. Our company is growing and our team needs the support of this role to help continue to deliver the best service and experience possible to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, loves organization & process, works extremely well with others, and eager to learn new things. This role is a high impact position, requiring a clear understanding of assigned responsibilities, effective communication with the team & customers, and timely execution. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, utilizing phone and web tools to effectively manage a high volume of activity.

What you will do:

  • Coordinating timely communication to support questions & requests

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing data on valuable business metrics

  • Generate various reports for business department needs

  • Assist with managing customer invoicing and accounts receivable

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Gallus Golf’s products and services

  • Be a trusted source / point of contact with existing customers

  • Document opportunities for improvement with client accounts and assist to achieve improvements

  • Assist in executing communication campaigns to existing clients, and on behalf of our clients

  • Social media scheduling and basic content creation

  • Contribute to department and organization-wide goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to role accomplishments

What you will bring to our team:

Local Candidates with the following experience will be contacted

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service, administrative and/or technical support, and/or account management role

    • Proven track record in the areas above

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative in any environment

  • Excellent time management and people skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills

    • Must be highly effective with over the phone/online communication

  • Familiar with the game of golf (experienced golfer a plus)
