Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS Solution in Golf

Our product suite—mobile apps, customer communication software, loyalty programs, tournament software, and more—helps golf courses drive engagement and revenue. We’re dynamic, forward-thinking, and looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s just as passionate about helping our partners succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of new and existing golf course clients, ensuring they love using our platform and see real results.
- Stay in the Know: Become an expert on Gallus Golf’s products, from mobile apps to loyalty programs, and keep clients up to speed on new features and best practices.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Coordinate with our sales, dev, and partner teams to tackle any client challenges and maintain a smooth onboarding and support process.
- Drive Retention & Revenue: Spot opportunities for upgrades or new services, and proactively address client concerns to keep satisfaction and renewals high.
- Solve Problems: Quickly diagnose client issues, propose solutions, and follow through until the client is 100% satisfied.
- Champion Growth: Offer fresh ideas on campaign strategies, cross-promotions, and feature adoption so clients get maximum value from our offerings.
Who You Are
- Seasoned Pro: 2+ years in a SaaS-focused Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven record of handling client issues, onboarding, and renewals.
- Technical Thinker: Comfortable explaining complex software or mobile solutions simply and clearly. Bonus if you’ve worked with CRMs or can run targeted client communication campaigns.
- Solution-Oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments, tackle challenges head-on, and never stop asking how we can improve the client experience.
- People Person: Communication is your superpower—phone, email, web calls, you do it all. You adapt your style to help clients feel heard and supported.
- Golf Enthusiast: Familiarity with golf is a must! You’ll easily relate to our clients’ day-to-day needs and speak their language.
- Organizer Extraordinaire: Time management and organization come naturally to you, making sure client projects and campaigns run like clockwork.
