OVERVIEW

Golf Tournaments Shouldn't Take Over Your Entire Week

Every outing brings the same scramble. You're chasing a tournament organizer for a player list, rebuilding pairings in a spreadsheet, taking registration over the phone, crafting cart signs in a marketing tool, and collecting paper scorecards while players wait on the patio for results.

The Gallus Tournament Wizard replaces all of that with one system built specifically for golf tournaments. Set up the tournament once, your tournament organizer can have access, and registration, print materials, scoring, leaderboards all pull from the same place.

FEATURES

Everything You Need to Run a Golf Tournament or Outing

From the first registration, to the live scoring, to the post-round follow-up, every aspect of your golf event runs through one platform.

One Dashboard for Every Event

Set up formats, scoring, pairings, flights, leaderboards and sponsors all in one place. Upload an existing player list or let online registration fill it in automatically.

Give Organizers Host Access

Charity and corporate tournament organizers get their own host access to manage their event details directly, without routing every change through you and your team.

Easy Online Registration

Create a custom online registration page for event sign up. Easily target guests with a push notification or add to your app's home screen. Players can sign up.

Live Scoring in Your Course App

Players join and enter scores through your own course branded app, not a third-party app they have to download. Results update in real time, so there's no scorecard to hunt down.

Live Leaderboards Anywhere

Cast a live leaderboard to the bar, pro shop, or banquet hall in seconds. The leaderboard will automatically rotate through scoring, flights, and skins on a single screen.

Auto-Generated Print Materials

Welcome sheets, cart signs, scorecards, contests, bag tags and results are built into your events. When pairings change, your materials update with them.

Running Golf Leagues Too?

Gallus also powers weekly golf leagues. League members enter their own scores, standings update automatically, and league organizers can manage their leagues themselves.

WHAT GOLF COURSES SAY

"Gallus is a huge asset in my tournament management for all my golf outings. No more hand posting scores to a giant scoreboard, no more searching for those elusive scorecards at the end of the tournament. All the scores are posted in real time through the app. The savings on payroll alone is paying for the app."
